Warranty

Every range we supply carries a commercial warranty, honoured and managed locally from Alexandria NSW. Terms are documented per product range and provided with every quote.

Firmware & CMS

Firmware updates, content scheduling and remote management — our CMS layer plugs into IDS-supplied hardware or your existing fleet, with multi-site dashboards.

Spares & RMA

Repair and replacement routed through the channel, with clear turnaround expectations set at the point of quote — so a dark screen never becomes your client’s problem for long.
