How do I buy IDS displays?

IDS supplies through its integrator and reseller channel rather than selling direct. If you already work with an AV integrator, bring them into the conversation — IDS supplies and supports them directly. If not, send a trade enquiry and the team will route your project.

Do you publish prices?

No — every range is price on application (POA). Pricing is quoted per project through the trade channel so specifications, warranty terms and supply are locked together before you commit.

What warranty comes with IDS displays?

Every range carries a commercial warranty, honoured and managed locally from Alexandria NSW. Warranty terms are documented per product range and provided with every quote.

What is Lumina?

Lumina is the customer-facing hero brand of the IDS family — a more sustainable way to display, powered by light. It is launching soon for Australia and New Zealand; IDS supplies and supports it behind the scenes.

How do I get technical support?

Email support@idsdigitaldisplays.com or call 1800 848 894. Support covers diagnosis, configuration, firmware, CMS and spares/RMA routed through the channel.

How do I become an IDS integrator or reseller?

Register on the Partner with us page. Registered Integrators get trade pricing, technical support and pre-sales assistance with no exclusivity required; Authorised Resellers can add regional or vertical-market exclusivity with marketing support and lead routing.
